Do you have a house here in Sweden and you would like to execute a rebuilding, renovation or other changes to let a dream come true? Please tell us your plans and we look together to the possibilities, technical and financial. Herewith we organize different offers for rebuilding, renovation or other wishes. You can decide which offer you want to have done and we will organize and supervise professional the desired operation. We have a lot of experience by building of Swedish houses in this region and an international experience in decoration and in-house architecture, where your personal ideas are very welcome.

The organization of maintenance for your house
Do you want to do maintenance by yourself during your stay in Sweden or should we organize it for you, so you can enjoy your time in your vacation house for 100%? We can make a list together, or we do it for you, with maintenance activities that have to be done, eventual together with some offers to this work. You decide which of the activities has to be done and we organize and supervise the execution. A key of your house is in our hands to have the possibility to come in your house for these maintenance activities. The desired service will be written in a contract.

Would you like to rent your house?
If you organize the contract with the hirer, we can take care for all issues to be organized here in Sweden. Services as: key- transfer, check of the house before and after the rental period, give the people a warm welcome.
